Mietbedingungen

Mietbedingungen (Auszug)

§ Es gelten die Mietbedingungen der NORD-BS GmbH. Die aufgeführten Preise sind Netto-Preise in Euro ohne MwSt.
§ Mindestmiete: 1 Tag
§ Der Miettag beinhaltet 8 Betriebsstunden. Mehrstunden werden mit 1/8 des Tages-Mietsatzes berechnet.
§ Der Mieter haftet für die rechtzeitige Rückgabe des unbeschädigten Gerätes.
§ Das Gerät wird durch die NORD-BS GmbH gegen Diebstahl, Brand und Vandalismus versichert.
§ Zusätzlich kann eine Maschinenbruchversicherung vereinbart werden. (Mindestmietzeit: 4 Wochen)

Versichert der Mieter das Gerät selbst, ist bei Abschluss des Mietvertrages der Nachweis des Versicherungsschutzes zu erbringen. Der Tagessatz der Versicherung gilt pro Kalendertag. Selbstbeteiligung Versicherung pro Schadensfall: 2500,- Euro. Bei Maschinen, die im Abbruch eingesetzt werden, verdoppelt sich die Selbstbeteiligung. Die Vermietung stellt eine Dienstleistung dar und ist deshalb nicht skontierfähig. Der Ausfall des Betriebsstundenzählers ist dem Vermieter unverzüglich zu melden. Der Mieter gibt die Maschine vollgetankt und gereinigt zurück.
